- One of our clerks will collect the property keys
- They will visit the property, and detail its condition
- Each room, as well as outside areas, are photographed

- The tenant is permitted to look around the property

- When satisfied, the tenant agrees with the inventory, and signs it

- An explanation of the check-out will be provided to the tenant
- The current condition of the property is compared to the prevailing inventory
- A report is compiled to highlight any alterations or damage to the property

- One of our clerks will assess the interior and exterior of the property
- We check for overcrowding, pets, intentional damage and neglect, and so on
- Confirm serviceability of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- Maintenance tasks will be recorded and forwarded to the relevant party
